2. Scope And Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to the Discord Game Activity Adler40. By using Adler40, you agree to these Terms and to Discord's applicable terms, policies, and rules. If you do not agree, you may not use Adler40.
3. Service Description
Adler40 is a digital multiplayer card game that runs inside Discord activity sessions. Users in the same Discord Activity can join a room, play or spectate, and play a turn-based card game together.
Adler40 is free. Features, availability, rules, rooms, game state, and scoring may change or be temporarily unavailable.
4. Age Requirement And Drinking-Game Elements
Adler40 may be used only by people who are at least 18 years old. The Activity contains alcohol or drinking-game elements. Adler40 is for entertainment only, does not promote alcohol consumption, and does not require alcohol consumption. Do not use Adler40 where use would be unlawful or inappropriate in your situation.
5. Discord Account And Access
Adler40 uses Discord for identity, access, and activity context. There is no separate Adler40 account. You are responsible for your Discord account and for actions taken through your Discord account while using Adler40.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Adler40 fairly, lawfully, and in line with Discord's rules.
- Use Adler40 only for private, lawful, and fair multiplayer entertainment.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other users.
- Do not disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with Adler40, backend services, or Discord interfaces.
- Do not use unauthorized bots, emulators, automation, modified clients, or third-party servers.
- Do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
- Do not remove or modify copyright, license, or credit notices.
7. User Conduct And Discord Communications
Users are responsible for their own conduct. Adler40 does not provide its own chat, uploads, or user-generated content features. Messages, voice communication, and other communication through Discord outside Adler40 are the responsibility of the relevant users and are governed by Discord's rules.
8. Abuse, Suspension, And Termination
Access to Adler40 may be restricted, ended, or technically interrupted where needed for operation, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of other users. In an emergency, a running room process may be terminated; this ends the game and deletes volatile in-memory data.
9. No Payments, No Gambling
Adler40 has no paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, donations, payment links, real-money features, betting, prizes, loot boxes, or gambling.
10. Support And Reports
Support requests, bug reports, security concerns, and abuse reports can be sent to adler40.support@i3oot.de. Please include a short description, the relevant Discord server/channel/room context, the approximate time, and involved Discord user IDs where available.
11. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data Adler40 processes, how long data is stored, and how privacy requests can be made.
12. Rights And Licenses
Adler40, game content, source code, assets, and documentation are owned by their respective rights holders. Notices for included libraries, fonts, and sound effects are available in the Third-Party Notices.
13. Availability And Warranty
Adler40 is provided without a promise of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without express or implied warranties. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Liability
Liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health is governed by statutory law. In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes
These Terms may be updated if Adler40, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. Material changes will be published on this page.
